I have worked with Exodus Market Research Ltd (EMR) since 2003 and have always found their work to be of the highest standard, delivered on time and to the agreed good value cost.  Initially I sought their expertise regarding a collaborative procurement research project and chose them based on their successful experience with the NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency.

At present they have assisted me with a project in which I needed to contact high our spend suppliers to research the possibility of agreeing early payment discounts.  Exodus are unlike other market research companies as they add great value by proactively helping to design the project and can steer the customer away from going down routes that their experience tells them would not deliver the benefits.  To date they have identified potential savings to the value of £204,043 with is just below 1% of the spend value they addressed. They have completed the process by obtaining signed contractual agreements on my behalf for those offers we wished to take up.
