Principally working for organisations in the financial services & healthcare fields, our senior managers have worked at all levels in the market research sector. From project management to senior strategic planning we are as comfortable reporting at board level as we are in modulating consumer groups or planning research campaigns.
Our experience has taught us that strong business relationships are built on good personal ones, so you will find us genuinely friendly and approachable. Our experience of buying research clientside has made us think about some of the poor experiences we had when using agencies and we have resolved to eliminate them from our business practices.

Of our current clients, we are proud to be working in partnership with by Britain's largest employer, the National Health Service. Exodus Market Research provides a range of research services to the NHS Purchasing & Supply Agency and works across the NHS to provide timely, accurate information to all levels of management & clinical staff.
From hospital food to staff opinion surveys we have conducted more than many projects both large & small, always ensuring the highest professional standards and commitment to client service.
Another major client is the Waste and Resource Action Programme (WRAP), a government body that deals with waste and recycling. As a framework contractor we have conducted 10 major projects for WRAP in recent years; including work on home composting participation, food waste reduction and evaluation of business plan targets.
In addition we have worked in conjunction with several major charities, arts organisations, local authorities, the private sector and other non-governmental organisations on numerous projects and are regularly invited to tender for a diverse range of market research projects.
